All I can say is WOW!! What a night and day difference another business can make! After being extremely unhappy with my old pool company, I was referred to Shuler Pool's and I couldn't be happier! This company has gone above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction and understanding of how everything works. Johnathan, one of their service technicians, is simply amazing!! He has been able to answer every question I have had. I will continue to use Shuler Pool's for all of my future pool needs. I look forward to working with Johnathan again in the future when we change out my current filter system for an upgrade!! I highly recommend this company as the level of customer service that they provide is simply the best!!

Went there to see if they had a gasket for my pool, they did!! Staff was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I am already planning a trip back for filter sand!

Shuler Pools installed our pool 5 years ago and continues to support our pool needs. We live in Concord, but I continue to come here for support, supplies, and services. They know us and can always tell us "exactly" what is needed for our water. Best pool place in town!

The associates at Shuler Pool are the best! They help us at every turn. We purchased a home that had a pool and we did not know how to maintain it. They write step by step instructions, we don't know what to do without Shuler.

Our pool is wonderful, other people I know that used other companies have had lots of trouble with their pool. When I bring a water sample in, the information given always makes our pool feel wonderful. Very helpful staff!
